Our request for the associated information for each address, city, state, zip, +4, latitude, longitude is for the whole United States and its possessions where this data is available albeit in whole or in part. You stated that the United States Postal Service is prohibited by law from disclosing “actual addresses”. To clarify, our request allows for ranges to be reported when necessary. We request that you please review our document 20021029U00, as we feel these aspects of our FOIA request have not been addressed. Please reply with you definition of “actual address” if you feel there is a communication error or ambiguity on this issue. Under subsection (a)(4)(A)(i) we are requesting a schedule of fees which justify the charges and amounts indicated in your correspondence. In particular you identified the Topological Integrated Geographic Encoding and Reference (TIGER)/ZIP+4 which has been assigned a fee of $700.
