All citations in this document are scoped to United States Code Title 5 Section 552, unless otherwise defined or stated. Our original request for the information [20021029U00] was submitted to the Department of Operations Planning on October 29th, 2002 as per Robert Faruq Acting FOIA Officer. On December 31st, 2002 we received correspondence from the Department of Address Management. Their reply did not address many portions of the records requested. Their reply was not timely. Their reply did not address the fee waiver and implicitly denied our request for waiver. Further we feel that the costs assessed for duplication, searching, and review of materials chosen to be disclose are not valid direct costs. Please note, you are required to respond or produce the requested documents within 20 working days. To date the United States Postal Service has grossly failed to comply with subsection (a)(6)(A). The date of our request was October 29th, 2002. We have also provided clarifications to disambiguate our views, on January 6th, 2003. To date there has been no formal reply with conclusion. We are strongly requesting the data asked for, to be provided promptly. We would also like to take time to remind of our fee waiver request. We will not cease in our efforts of resolution. Please find attached copies of all correspondence regarding this request. We look forward to your expedited compliance with our request. Sincerely, Jason Pyeron
