First fix Eclipse so it does not clobber the line endings as they are most likly to be unix and you are most likly to edit on windows.

Next checkout a project from CVS.

Setup your host, path, user, etc fields like so: cvs -d:extssh:User@Host:Repository Path

Browse or type your module to checkout from cvs.

Check it out to a new project workspace.

Select your tags and/or dates. HEAD is the most recent versions.
